Incredible Dream Studios is a fully remote company with team members working from Los Angeles, New York, Minneapolis-Saint Paul, St. Louis, Warsaw, and more!

We’re looking for a game producer to join our team to help us manage development and our manufacturing partners. The ideal person is also interested in expanding into different functional areas of the business, including logistics, finance, legal, marketing, and HR. This role will report to and work closely with the CEO.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the budget and schedule for our board game titles, from ideation to release-to-manufacturer, to meet business objectives.

  • Be the primary point person for print manufacturing, logistics and supply chain. Work with the leadership team to develop our manufacturing relationships and plan

  • Help other initiatives with project management and workflow design as needed.

  • Work with the team to plan and execute on a go to market strategy

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Take on special projects and assignments in different functional areas to support business objectives at a small startup.

  • Participate in and gain insight into strategic planning.

  • Work closely with CEO to evolve the position over time, depending on interests and aptitude.

What we're looking for:

  • Positive, constructive, and collaborative attitude with strong work ethic and high integrity.

  • 5+ years experience as a producer in the video game industry or project manager in the board game industry.

  • Professional maturity and reliability.

  • Ability to wear different hats and work independently through ambiguity

  • Strong prioritization skills and critical thinking.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Enthusiasm for the board game industry and our mission.

  • People skills to work effectively and respectfully with people in various job functions, backgrounds, cultures, locations, and languages.

  • Fluency in English and modern personal technology (personal computers, mobile devices, google suite or MS Office, email, messaging, etc). Aptitude to learn new online tools as required.

  • Broad experience playing board games and/or video games
